Custom Plastic Extrusion

If you have a polymer that you wish to bring to the 3D Printing market and are looking for a reliable, skilled, and technically capable partner to make it a reality, then KVP is the right choice. You provide the resins and we will run viability tests on our production lines and make a variety of filaments for evaluation. Once we have a viable product, we can partner with you to help bring it to market and produce the filaments for resale. We have performed this service for a large number of partners and we can partner with you to help bring it to market and produce the filaments for resale.

Private Labeling / OEM

Many resellers, distributors, brick and mortar stores, and 3D printer manufacturers with their own brands want to provide high quality filaments with their brand. We can partner with your company and you select the filament lines you want to carry and work with us to set up your custom labels, packaging, and stocking levels. We can also direct ship products in fulfillment of your orders.

Product Development

If you have specific requirements for your 3D printing initiative, we can work with you to develop custom materials and blends that meet those requirements. Whether you have the need for high temperature, special colors or effects, our skilled team will work with you to make exactly what you need. Producing many engineering and medical grade materials such as PEEK and Carbon Fiber are available for contracting. What can we make for you?

Custom 3D Printer Filament Colors + Color Matching

KVP has a large stock of colors and modifiers for the various polymers we use to make filaments. If you have the need for a specific color our team will work with you to develop that color from a pantone, or the can color match it to the product or filament you have on hand that requires the exact color filament. KVP also has many special effects that can be added to most materials and these include: translucent, sparkle, glow-in-the-dark, color changing, and UV edge glow.
