Every single roll of filament that comes out of the Village should be consistent, reliable, and of the highest quality.
If that isn’t what you got when you opened the box, we want to know about it. And we will do everything we can to make it right.

If you have an issue with your order, please fill out & submit the Village QC Order Form below. Please include within the form your contact info, order number, and any relevant, evidentiary photos you have. Once reviewed, someone from the Village will reach out to you directly & work to resolve any issue you may have.
