Village Plastics Co. has the manufacturing capabilities to do precision extrusion of any custom profile. The production facility houses five completely automated extrusion lines. These extrusion lines consist of extruders with screws ranging in size from 1” to 2 1/2” that are fully automated by PLC’s, proprietary downstream tooling and continuous process control methods that are also fully automated. We can precisely extrude even the most tight-tolerance profiles with these automated extrusion lines.

In addition to state-of-the-art extrusion lines, Village Plastics Co. also has in-house tooling capacities. This enables us to pass along savings in tooling costs to our customers, while certifying the superior quality of our extruded product.
